How can I change my offer?
This manual concerns change from:
- GP offer to GP offer
- GP offer to Plan offer
- Plan offer to Plan.
Note: Change of website hosting offer for your domain doesn't result in need of DNS or email configuration change.
Offer change
The order concerning offer change may be placed via
Manager v3. In the homepage, click "More Services"

Click "Order new website hosting or change the service."
In the page that will appear enter the name of your domain and click "Step 2". Then choose from the list type of hosting service that you'd like to receive.
You need to pay for the whole new service, the time left on the previous one will be recalculated and added to your new hosting plan.
You should also remember to backup all data stored on your previous hosting service. And move them to your new hosting account. The previous hosting will be open for 15 more days.
On the receipt of payment you'll receive an email concerning service activation and all access codes. If you have any subdomains or multidomains under your hosting service, you will have to configure them once more.
If you change your offer, the IP addresses will also change. An addition the new DNS configurations will need to propagate, which may take up to 48 hours.
